Position Title: AI Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end AI model development, from research and fine-tuning to deployment in production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, AI-driven applications that power next-generation business solutions.

·      AI & ML Expertise: Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, NLP techniques

·      Programming: Python, Java, or C++

·      Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers

·      Model Engineering: Fine-tuning, embeddings, prompt engineering

·      Cloud & MLOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, CI/CD for ML models, lifecycle management

·      Core Skills: Strong computer science fundamentals, problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

·      Collaboration: Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

·      Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs and NLP techniques.

·      Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for business-specific applications.

·      Integrate AI-driven features into enterprise-grade software and business systems.

·      Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

·      Conduct robust testing, debugging, and performance optimization of models.

·      Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements and evaluate their application to business challenges.

·      Implement best practices for scalable and production-ready AI deployments.

·      Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

·      Proven expertise in LLMs, NLP, and transformer-based architectures.

·      Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.

·      Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).

·      Knowledge of model fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

·      Strong problem-solving, analytical, and software engineering fundamentals.

·      Effective teamwork and communication skills.

·      8+ years of experience in AI development or software engineering.

·      Experience in deploying LLMs and AI models in production environments.

·      Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads.

·      Familiarity with MLOps practices for managing the AI model lifecycle.

·      Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to innovation.
